Pre-montanera of chestnuts

Our pasture is rich in chestnut trees, and for more than a month, the month before the months of exclusive acorn feeding, our pigs are satiated with chestnuts in a unique premontanera that gives the meat a special sweetness and different and extraordinary nuances.

Limited edition -

All our products are unique and unrepeatable pieces, each Iberian ham and shoulder ham is numbered and classified with a traceability card.

A limited edition of 1,000 pigs slaughtered annually reflect the exclusivity of the unique Ibérico de Autor.

Recommendations -

Store in a cool, dry place with little light and without direct illumination. Remove the greaseproof paper that wraps the leg and leave naked.
