◦ Certification of 100% Iberian Pigs from Birth: This certification guarantees that the breed of the Dehesa Monteros pigs is 100% Iberian, both mother and father.
Certification of Acorn-fed Iberian Pigs 100%: This guarantees that the Dehesa Monteros pigs are fed 100% on acorns during the montanera.
Certification of Slaughter, Drying and Final Processing of Acorn-fed Acorn-fed Iberian Products 100%: In this last phase, the hams, shoulders and loins of Dehesa Monteros, are certified by ENAC Accredited Entities. According to the Ibérico Quality Standard, Royal Decree 4/2014.
