Grassy woodlands

The mountain slopes; - Full of vegetation, they are the oasis where our 100% Iberian pigs live and graze among oaks and chestnut trees, in the heart of the Serranía de Ronda, in freedom.

The slopes of our farms in the Genal Valley can be as steep as 45 degrees. Our horses perform a continuous daily exercise to eat and drink. They trot, run and graze on the steep slopes and numerous ramps.

All of this exercise turns our pigs into real athletes - sculpting fine and exclusive hams and shoulders, with an exceptional penetration of intramuscular oleic acid. Thanks to this, the meat achieves an unparalleled infiltration and a very high level of quality.
