Our pasture is rich in chestnut trees, and for more than a month, the month before the months of exclusive acorn feeding, our pigs are satiated with chestnuts in a unique premontanera that gives the meat a special sweetness and different and extraordinary nuances.

All our products are unique and unrepeatable pieces, each Iberian ham and shoulder ham is numbered and classified with a traceability card.
A limited edition of 1,000 pigs slaughtered annually reflect the exclusivity of the unique Ibérico de Autor.

This format guarantees the proper preservation of the product, as well as all its freshness and flavor. Keep between 4 and 8 degrees. Taste between 20 and 24 degrees.
