The event at the Matiz restaurant, located in the Molina hotel in Malaga, paid tribute to the female talent in Malaga's gastronomy, highlighting the presence of women in different sectors. among them, Chelo Gámez from Dehesa Monteros, a Malaga-based company of high quality Iberian products, was one of the protagonists of the event. Its role, especially in the production of Iberian hams and pork products, is led by women who have contributed significantly to sustainable development and the preservation of local traditions. The initiative «Mujeres Singulares en la gastronomía malagueña» also has the support of the gastronomic journalist Esperanza Pelaez, founder of the Kilómetro Cero Gastronomic Club.
