Our pigs are real athletes, the rugged terrain forces them to perform continuous exercise in their search for food, which favors animal welfare and the penetration of oleic intramuscularly. The meat of our Iberian hams reaches an unequalled quality and levels of infiltration.
Pre-montanera of chestnuts
Our pasture is rich in chestnut trees, and for more than a month, the month before the months of exclusive acorn feeding, our pigs are satiated with chestnuts in a unique premontanera that gives the meat a special sweetness and different and extraordinary nuances.

All our products are unique and unrepeatable pieces, each Iberian ham and shoulder ham is numbered and classified with a traceability card.

This format guarantees the proper preservation of the product, as well as all its freshness and flavor. Keep between 4 and 8 degrees. Taste between 20 and 24 degrees.
